Above & Beyond

Pam Lander a resident of Bedfordshire, took on the mighty challenge of completing 100km charity walk through the Cotswolds in June 2022.  In order to gain the required registration donation amount Pam and friends also held a coffee morning in Eyeworth to raise much needed funds.

Unfortuantely, just before the event Pam sustained a hip injury that meant she was unable to complete the whole distance, but still managed to complete 57km on the day.  What an amazing effort and achievement.  Pam has since had hip surgery and is on the road to recovery with more walking challenges in her sights.
